If you are interested in any of our itineraries or products please contact us by email with any questions you may have. We will also be able to tell you if your chosen trip is suitable for you, giving consideration to your physical ability and interests you might have.
On booking, we will require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 30% of the tour price to guarantee your place. The remainder is to be paid 3 weeks prior to the scheduled departure date. Payment can be made by PayPal or by Direct Bank Transfer, details will be sent to you via email on confirmation of booking.
We have guaranteed departures. Once you receive your confirmation you are set! We do reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of Governmental, Park, or State Agencies.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your tour, your tour price less the deposit will be refunded to you if you notify us not less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip. Within 30 days before the commencement of the trip, no refund will be given.
If we have to cancel the trip, your trip fee and your deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of trip cancellation, regardless the reason why the trip needed to be cancelled.
Cancellations by either party must be received in writing.
Western Mongolia Tours assumes no responsibility for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, cancellation or delay through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tours. No responsibility is assumed for any additional expenses due to delay, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedule or visa rules, other events resulting from improper health certificates or travel documents or as acts of government or authority or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labor strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest etc.
